1 Scope
This standard specifies the HPLC determination of saflufenacil in the saflufenacil dispersible granules.

3 Method summary
The sample was dissolved and diluted in acetonitrile-water system, filtered through a filter membrane, measured by RP-HPLC, and quantified by external standard method.
4 Reagents and materials
The water used in the experiment should meet the first-level water requirement in GB/T 6682.
4.1 Acetonitrile. chromatographic purity.
4.2 Trifluoroacetic acid. Chemically pure with a purity of 99.0% or more.
4.3 Acetonitrile water = 3 1 (by volume). 150 mL of acetonitrile (4.1) and 50 mL of water.
4.4 0.2% trifluoroacetic acid solution. Measure 2 mL of trifluoroacetic acid (4.2), add 1L of water, filter and degas.
4.5 Saflufenacil Standards. Purity is known, ≥95% (Saflufenacil, CAS number 372137-35-4).
4.6 Standard stock solution. Weigh approximately 0.2g (accurate to 0.0001g) of saflufenacil standard (4.5) in parallel and place in a 50mL volumetric flask.
Dissolve the standard with acetonitrile (4.1) and dilute to the mark. Shake well after sonicating in an ultrasonic bath for about 5 min. Place in a refrigerator at 0°C~5°C.
