1 Scope

Sample sweeteners extracted with methanol, oil sample with petroleum ether to the oil and then extracted by high performance liquid chromatography - ultraviolet detector detector,
External standard.
4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, reagents were of analytical grade water as a water GB/T 6682 regulations.
4.1 phosphoric acid.
4.2 acetonitrile. chromatography.
4.3 Methanol. chromatographically pure.
4.4 petroleum ether.
4.5 anhydrous sodium sulfate (Na2SO4). burning 4h at 650 ℃, cooled in a desiccator to room temperature in a sealed bottle storage spare.
4.6 phosphoric acid solution. 0.02mol/L. Amount of phosphoric acid (4.1) 1.35mL, water volume to 1L.
4.7 methanol solution. Measure 50mL of methanol (4.3), water volume to 100mL.
