3 Method summary

There is no case of formaldehyde donor, before using the column derivation method, liquid extract derived from a sample of formaldehyde, the reaction of 2,4-dinitrophenyl hydrazone; Under the presence of formaldehyde donors, after pre-column derivatization fast, solvent extraction block the derivatization reaction, avoid derivatization process of decomposition of formaldehyde donors. At 355nm wavelength, liquid chromatography (HPLC) assay, external standard.
