1 Scope
This standard specifies the liquid cleaning products diethylene glycol monobutyl gas chromatographic method content.

3 Method summary
After the sample was dissolved with ethanol, by gas chromatography (FID) assay, double column retention time qualitative, external standard.
4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, the reagents used were of analytical grade.
4.1 ethanol.
4.2 Diethylene glycol monobutyl ether. CAS. 112-34-5, purity ≥99.0%.
4.3 stock standard solution (1000μg/mL). Weigh 0.1g diethylene glycol monobutyl ether (accurate to 0.1mg), anhydrous ethanol to
100mL, get the standard stock solution.
4.4 standard solution. were taken 0.1mL, 0.5mL, 1.0mL and 2.0mL of standard stock solution (4.3), with anhydrous ethanol to
10mL, to give a concentration of 10μg/mL, standard work 50μg/mL, 100μg/mL and 200μg/mL solution series.
5. Apparatus
5.1 Gas chromatograph. with a flame ionization detector (FID).
5.2 Balance. a sense of the amount of 0.1mg.
5.3 vortex mixer.
5.4 glass flask. 10mL, A grade.
6 sample
After mixing the sample, with the balance (5.2) Weigh 1g (accurate to 0.1mg) in a volumetric flask (5.4) and anhydrous ethanol (4.1), set the volume to
10mL, using a vortex mixer (5.3) mixed, tested.
