1 Scope

Sample trichlorfon, phoxim organophosphorus pesticide residues with cyclohexane - ethyl acetate (11 volume) extraction, purification by gel chromatography,
Methanol - water (11 volume) volume for liquid chromatography - mass spectrometry/mass spectrometer, external standard; measured and confirmed through phoxim

4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, the reagents were of analytical grade water to comply with GB/T 6682 water level.
4.1 Cyclohexane. Residual level.
4.2 ethyl acetate. residual level.
4.3 Methanol. chromatographically pure.
4.4 anhydrous sodium. 650 ℃ burning 4h, stored in a sealed container in the back.
4.5 cyclohexane - ethyl acetate. (11 volume). amount of 100mL and 100mL cyclohexane, n-hexane, and mix.
4.6 trichlorfon, phoxim pesticide standards. purity of greater than or equal to 98%.
4.7 trichlorfon, phoxim pesticide standard stock solution. accurately weighed amount of standard, prepared in methanol at a concentration of 1000μg/mL of
