Substance extracted with dichloromethane liquid - liquid partition, gel column purification, and then by the GCB and Florisil solid phase extraction column, clean, wash
Off was concentrated and dissolved constant volume, gas chromatography - mass spectrometry, external standard.
4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, the reagents were of analytical grade water to comply with GB/T 6682 water level.
4.1 hexane. Residual level.
4.2 Cyclohexane. Residual level.
4.3 acetone. residual level.
4.4 ethyl acetate. residual level.
4.5 dichloromethane. residual level.
4.6 anhydrous sodium. 650 ℃ burning 4h, stored in a sealed container in the back.
4.7 ethyl acetate - n-hexane (14 volume). amount of 100mL and 400mL of ethyl acetate-hexane, and mix.
4.8 cyclohexane - ethyl acetate. (11 volume). amount of 100mL and 100mL cyclohexane, ethyl acetate, and mix.
4.9 NaCl. 20g/L.
4.10 dichlorvos and other 16 kinds of pesticide standards. purity of greater than or equal to 98%.
16 kinds of pesticide dichlorvos 4.11 standard stock solution. accurately weighed amount of standard products, formulated with acetone to a concentration of 1000μg/mL
