1 Scope
This standard specifies the toothpaste and mouthwash metronidazole, tinidazole, ornidazole, Los metronidazole and dimetridazole liquid chromatography - mass spectrometry/mass

3 Method summary
Sample metronidazole, tinidazole, ornidazole, Los metronidazole and dimetridazole using acetonitrile in 0.1% formic acid diluted, after high-speed centrifugation, liquid
Chromatography - mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry, external standard.
4 Reagents and materials
Except where noted, all reagents were HPLC grade water to comply with a water GB/T 6682 regulations.
4.1 acetonitrile. HPLC grade.
4.2 Methanol. HPLC grade.
4.3 acid. HPLC grade (purity ≥98%).
4.4 0.1% formic acid solution. Pipette 1.0mL of formic acid (4.3) to a 1L volumetric flask, add water to the mark, shake spare.
4.5 Diluent. acetonitrile in 0.1% formic acid (595, volume ratio). Measure 50mL acetonitrile (4.1) and 950mL0.1% formic acid solution
(4.4) and mixed.
4.6 Standard substance. the name of the nitroimidazoles, suppliers, CAS, purity, see Appendix B, Table B.1.
4.7 standard stock solution. 1000mg/L. Were accurately weighed appropriate amount nitroimidazoles standards, and then methanol to 10.0mL,
The stock standard solution in the dark, put the following -18 ℃ refrigerator Save to 12 months.
4.8 nitroimidazoles mixed standard stock solution. 100.0mg/L. Pipette appropriate amount of standard stock solution (4.7) to 10.0mL capacity
