3 Method summary
The samples were extracted with dilute hydrochloric acid and phytic acid ion, an anion exchange resin adsorption phytate and phytic acid, so that the inorganic phosphorus and salts thereof
And other impurities and elution with sodium chloride solution, eluent of phytic acid and ferric chloride - sulfosalicylic acid reaction mixture to produce fade, fade
Phytic acid content is proportional to the degree of absorbance was measured with a spectrophotometer at a wavelength of 500nm, the computing phytic acid content.
