1 Scope
This standard specifies the import and export of cosmetics Imperatorin and isoimperatorin liquid chromatography - mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry and confirmation methods.

4 Reagents and materials
Except where noted, all reagents were HPLC grade water to comply with a water GB/T 6682 regulations.
4.1 methanol.
Ammonium acetate 4.2. AR.
4.3 Imperatorin and isoimperatorin Standard.
--- Imperatorin (imperatorin). CAS Number. 482-44-0, molecular weight. 270.28, molecular formula. C16H14O4, pure
Degree. 98%.
--- Isoimperatorin (isoimperatorin). CAS Number. 482-45-1, molecular weight. 270.29, molecular formula. C16H14O4, pure
Degree. 98%.
4.4 ammonium acetate solution (1mol/L). Weigh 77.08g acetic acid, ammonia, water volume to 1000mL.
4.5 methanol 10mmol ammonium acetate. 1L of methanol was added 10mL1mol/L acetic acid aqueous ammonia solution.
4.6 ammonium acetate solution (5mmol/L). Weigh 0.3854g ammonium acetate, water volume to 1000mL.
4.7 Methanol - water (80 20, by volume). amount of 80mL methanol, 20mL of water was added, mixing spare.
4.8 standard stock solution. Weigh accurately take the right amount of each Imperatorin and isoimperatorin reference material, were prepared with a concentration of methanol
Standard stock solution 1000μg/mL, and dark storage at -18 ℃ storage period of 1 year.
4.9 intermediate standard solution. Pipette Imperatorin and isoimperatorin stock solution of 1.0mL, placed in 100mL volumetric flask
100mL methanol to give a concentration of 10.0μg/mL of mixed standard intermediate solution, at -18 ℃ dark storage, shelf life of 1 year.
4.10 standard working solution. a standard intermediate solution (4.9) as a standard working solution by diluting with methanol concentration 0.25ng/mL ~
