1 Scope
This section provides high-performance liquid chromatographic method for electrical and electronic products polychlorinated naphthalene content.
This section applies to the determination of polychlorinated naphthalene in electrical and electronic goods and plastic parts.
2 Method summary
Samples microwave extraction with toluene as the solvent extract was subjected to silica gel SPE column purification, concentration, volume, high performance liquid chromatography
Measured, quantified by external standard.
3 Reagents and materials
3.1 Toluene. chromatography.
3.2 Methanol. chromatographically pure.
Over 3.3 chloronaphthalene. an eight-chloro-chloronaphthalene standards, a purity of ≥97%.
3.4 standard stock solution (1000mg/L). Weigh accurately respectively 25mg (accurate to 0.1mg) Polychlorinated naphthalene standards, placed in 25mL capacity
Bottle with toluene (3.1) is dissolved, set the volume.
3.5 Working standard solutions. The standard stock solution (3.4) was diluted stepwise with toluene concentrations were formulated to 0.5mg/L, 1mg/L, 5mg/L,
25mg/L, 100mg/L of standard working solution.
