1 Scope
This standard specifies the wood and wood products in BHC α-, β- BHC, γ- BHC, δ- BHC, heptachlor, aldrin, chlordane, dieldrin
Agent, 2,4'-DDT, 4,4'-DDT gas chromatographic method for 10 organochlorine pesticides.

Principle 2
The sample was acetone - n-hexane mixed solvent ultrasonic extraction and concentrated by electron capture detector with a gas chromatograph (GC-ECD)
Determination, external standard.
3 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, use only analytical reagent.
3.1 over anhydrous sodium sulfate, the content of ≥99%.
3.2 acetone. chromatography.
3.3 hexane. chromatographically pure.
3.4 acetone - n-hexane mixed solution. acetone (3.2) n-hexane (3.3) = 19.
3.5 organochlorine Standard. Purity ≥97%, see Table A.1.
3.6 standard stock solution. namely, accurately weighed amount of each organic chlorine standards with acetone - n-hexane mixed solution (3.4) were formulated
A concentration of 1000μg/mL standard stock solution. Cold storage preservation, valid for 12 months.
3.7 standard solution. n-hexane (3.3) standard stock solution (3.6) into a serial dilution series of mixed standard applicable concentration needed
Quasi working solution, the linear range of the reference 0.005μg/mL ~ 0.5μg/mL.
4 instruments and equipment
4.1 Gas chromatograph. with ECD detector.
4.2 Analysis of balance. a sense of the amount of 1mg and 0.1mg.
4.3 Ultrasonic cleaning. the operating frequency of 40kHz.
4.4 centrifuge.
4.5 Cutting Mill or the like.
4.6 heart-shaped bottle.
4.7 rotary evaporator.
4.8 40mL glass vial.
4.9 Membrane. PTFE material, 0.22μm.
