1 Scope
This standard specifies two methods for determining the import and export building of bisphenol A epoxy resin adhesive, the method comprising a first liquid chromatography - mass spectrometry /
Mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) method and the second high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Wherein the first normal liquid chromatography - mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry for the arbitration law.

3 first normal liquid chromatography - mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS)
3.1 Principle
Samples with ethanol ultrasonic extraction, extract was filtered by liquid chromatography - mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry and validation, external standard.
3.2 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, the reagents were of analytical grade water as a water line with GB/T 6682 regulations.
3.2.1 acetonitrile. chromatography.
3.2.2 Ethanol. chromatography.
3.2.3 Bisphenol A (CAS No. 80-05-7). purity ≥98%.
3.2.4 Standard stock solution (1000mg/L). Weigh accurately bisphenol A (3.2.3) 0.10g (accurate to 0.0001g), placed in 100mL capacity
Volumetric flask, dissolve and dilute with ethanol (3.2.2).
3.2.5 standard solution. Pipette appropriate amount of standard stock solution (3.2.4), diluted to standard working solution with a suitable concentration of ethanol (3.2.2).
3.2.6 The organic phase filter. 0.22μm.
3.3 instruments and equipment
3.3.1 Liquid chromatography - tandem mass spectrometry. equipped with electrospray ionization source.
3.3.2 vortex mixer.
3.3.3 ultrasonic cleaner (power ≥220W).
3.3.4 centrifuge. speed of not less than 4000r/min.
3.3.5 Electronic balance. a sense of the amount of 0.1mg.
