1 Scope
This standard specifies the construction and export three measurement methods for phenolic resin adhesive free phenol, including a first gas chromatography - mass spectrometry
Method (GC-MS), high performance liquid chromatography second method (HPLC) and the third method ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Wherein the gas chromatography - mass spectrometry for the arbitration law.
This standard applies to the determination of phenol content and export building with phenolic resin adhesive free.

3 The first gas chromatography - mass spectrometry (GC-MS)
3.1 Principle
After the sample with methanol ultrasonic extraction, the extract was filtered, and gas chromatography - mass spectrometry and validation, external standard.
3.2 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, the reagents were of analytical grade water as a water line with GB/T 6682 regulations.
3.2.1 Methanol. chromatographically pure.
3.2.2 Phenol (CAS No. 108-95-2). purity ≥98%.
3.2.3 Standard stock solution (1000mg/L). Weigh accurately phenol (3.2.2) 0.10g (accurate to 0.0001g), placed in 100mL capacity
Flask, diluted with methanol (3.2.1) to the mark, shake well. Standard stock solution dark storage at 0 ℃ ~ 4 ℃ conditions, should be heated before use
To 25 ℃ ± 5 ℃.
3.2.4 standard solution. Pipette appropriate amount of standard stock solution (3.2.3), diluted to standard working solution with a suitable concentration of methanol (3.2.1).
3.2.5 The organic phase filter. 0.22μm.
3.3 instruments and equipment
3.3.1 Gas chromatography - mass spectrometry. with electron impact ionization (EI).
3.3.2 vortex mixer.
3.3.3 ultrasonic cleaner (power ≥220W).
3.3.4 centrifuge. speed of not less than 4000r/min.
3.3.5 Electronic balance. a sense of the amount of 0.1mg.
