1 Scope
This standard specifies the export of food in azadirachtin and rotenone residues in liquid chromatography - mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry methods.

3 Method summary

4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, the reagents were of analytical grade water as a water GB/T 6682 regulations.
4.1 acetonitrile. chromatography.
4.2 hexane. chromatographically pure.
4.3 Methanol. chromatographically pure.
4.4 formic acid. Chromatographic pure.
4.5 sodium chloride.
4.6 ammonium acetate.
4.7 sodium bicarbonate.
4.8 saturated sodium bicarbonate solution. Weigh a certain amount of sodium bicarbonate dissolved in water to saturation.
4.9 5mmol/L ammonium acetate buffer solution. Weigh 0.38g ammonium acetate dissolved in 800mL water, adding 2mL formic acid to water volume to
1000mL.
4.10 Standard substances (rotenone. English name Rotenone, molecular formula C23H22O6, CASN o.83-79-4, relative molecular mass 394.42;
Azadirachtin. English name Azadirachtin, molecular formula C35H44O16, CASN o.11141-17-6, molecular weight 720.71). purity ≥98%.
4.11 rotenone and azadirachtin standard stock solution (100mg/L). Weigh accurately 0.0100g rotenone and azadirachtin standard substance with methanol
