1 Scope
SN/T 3225 provisions of this section by gas chromatography method textiles triclosan.
This section applies to the determination of textile materials and products triclosan.
Principle 2
Sample ultrasonic extraction with chloroform, the extract was concentrated and after treatment, transferred to a solution of sodium tetraborate, acetic anhydride, after acetylation, positive
Hexane extraction, use with electron capture detector of gas chromatograph, external standard.
3 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise stated, use only recognized as analytical reagents. Water is in line with two water GB/T 6682 regulations.
3.1 chloroform.
3.2 Methanol. chromatographically pure.
3.3 hexane. chromatographically pure.
3.4 acetic anhydride. purity ≥98.5%.
3.5 sodium tetraborate solution. concentration of 0.1mol/L, weighed 38.1g sodium tetraborate, dissolved in water, dilute to 1000mL.
3.6 Standard. triclosan, CASN o.3380-34-5, purity > 99.5%.
3.7 standard stock solution. accurately weighed amount of standard (3.6), formulated with methanol (3.2) to a concentration of 1000mg/L of triclosan standard
Stock solution.
3.8 standard solution. Standard stock solution Pipette an appropriate volume (3.7), stepwise diluted with methanol (3.2), formulated as required as required
Standard working solution concentration.
NOTE. The standard stock solution at 0 ℃ ~ 4 ℃ stored in a refrigerator for a period of six months. Standard working solution at 0 ℃ ~ 4 ℃ stored in a refrigerator for a period of
3 months.
4 Instrument
4.1 Gas chromatograph. equipped with electron capture detector (ECD).
4.2 rotary evaporator.
4.3 ultrasonic generator.
4.4 Oscillator. do horizontal ring oscillator frequency of 50 times/min ~ 150 times/min.
4.5 nitrogen blowing instrument.
