1 Scope
This standard specifies the rubber and rubber products phenolic fungicide (pentachlorophenol, trichlorophenol, o-phenylphenol, nitrophenol Attachment

3 Method summary
After the samples were frozen ground, using extracted with methanol, after membrane filtration, high performance liquid chromatograph, external standard.
4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, use only analytical reagent. The water used in line with GB/T 6682 provided a water.
4.1 Methanol. chromatographically pure.
4.2 pentachlorophenol (PCP). purity ≥99%.
4.3 2,3,5,6-tetrachloro-phenol (2,3,5,6-TeCP). purity ≥99%.
4.4 o-phenylphenol (OPP). purity ≥99%.
4.5 pairs nitrophenol (PNP). purity ≥99.9%.
4.6 ammonium acetate.
4.7 ammonium acetate solution (0.77g/L). Weigh 0.77g ammonium acetate (4.6), diluted with water to 1000mL, and mix using now.
4.8 standard stock solution (1000μg/mL). Weigh accurately various phenolic standard 0.05g (accurate to 0.1mg) in 50mL volumetric flask

4.9 standard solution. accurate Pipette standard stock solution (4.8) 0.05mL, 0.1mL, 0.5mL, 1mL, 1.5mL, 2.0mL,

5μg/mL, 10μg/mL, 50μg/mL, 100μg/mL, 150μg/mL, 200μg/mL, 250μg/mL.
