1 Scope
This standard specifies the liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry method for detection and confirmation of foods acifluorfen residues.

2 Method summary

3 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise indicated, the reagents used were of analytical grade, water is deionized water.
3.1 acetonitrile. HPLC fractions.
3.2 Methanol. HPLC fractions.
3.3 formic acid.
3.4 sodium chloride.
3.5 anhydrous sodium. Before using burning at 650 ℃ 4h, stored in a desiccator, cool reserve.
3.6 acetonitrile saturated with n-hexane. adding an appropriate amount of acetonitrile and shake well and reserve.
3.7 formic acid - acetonitrile. Pipette 0.5mL of formic acid was added 500mL acetonitrile, shake spare.
3.8 formic acid - solution. Pipette 1.0mL of formic acid was added 1000mL of water, shake spare.
3.9 Mobile phase. formic acid - water - acetonitrile (19, volume ratio).
3.10 Standard substances. acifluorfen (acifluorfen, CAS Number. 50594-66-6), greater than or equal to 99% purity.
3.11 Standard stock solution. accurately weighed amount of standard (accurate to 0.1mg), dissolved in methanol to prepare a concentration of 100μg/mL

3.12 standard solution. accurate Pipette 1mL stock standard solution in 10mL volumetric flask, with the mobile phase to volume, formulated as concentrated
Standard working solution degree of 10μg/mL of, 0 ℃ ~ 4 ℃ refrigerator protected from light, valid for one month.
3.13 SPE. C18 column, 500mg/3mL, or rather who, prior to use 10mL formic acid - acetonitrile pre-rinse.
