1 Scope

This standard specifies the foods of animal origin 76 kinds of veterinary drugs (β- agonists, sulfonamides, benzodiazepine class, nitroimidazoles, benzo Imidazole, triphenylmethane) residual amount of sample preparation and liquid chromatography - mass spectrometry. This standard applies to meat, liver, eggs, shrimp, milk 76 kinds of veterinary drug residues determination.

2 Method summary

Drug residue in a sample with acetonitrile and citrate buffer extraction, ion exchange, and the polymer solid-phase extraction (SPE), liquid chromatography - Mass spectrometry, matrix-matched external standard curve.

3 Reagents and materials

Unless otherwise specified, use the analytical reagent, ultra-pure water. 3.1 Methanol. HPLC grade. 3.2 acetonitrile. HPLC grade. 3.3 ammonium acetate. 3.4 sodium chloride. 3.5 formic acid. 3.6 ammonia. 3.7 isopropanol. 3.8 citric acid monohydrate (C6H8O7 · H2O). 3.9 Magnesium chloride hexahydrate (MgCl2 · 6H2O). 3.10 hydrochloric acid. 3.11 citrate buffer. pH = 2.5, weighed 10.5g citric acid monohydrate (3.8) and 10.2g of magnesium chloride hexahydrate (3.9) was dissolved in 450mL of water, adjusted to pH 2.5 with ammonia, diluted with water and dilute to 500mL. 3.12 methanol - aqueous ammonia (955, volume ratio). Measure 95mL of methanol, 5mL ammonia and mix. Preparation before use. 3.13 water - methanol (955 by volume). Measure 95mL of water was added 5mL of methanol and mix.
