1 Scope

HPLC grade. 3.3 ammonium acetate. 3.4 over anhydrous sodium sulfate. 3.5 ethyl acetate. 3.6 ammonia. 3.7 isopropanol. 3.8 formic acid. 3.9 hydrochloric acid. 3.10 β- hydrochloric acid glucuronide glycoside enzyme - aryl sulfatase. hydrochloric acid containing β- glucuronidase enzyme glycosides 134600u/mL, arylsulfatase 5200u/mL. 3.11 ammonium acetate buffer solution. 0.02mol/L, pH = 5.2. Weigh 1.54g of ammonium acetate were dissolved in 900mL of water, adjusted with glacial acetic acid To pH to 5.2 ± 0.1, and finally diluted to 1L, stored at 4 ℃, used within a month. 3.12 ethyl acetate - isopropyl alcohol (5 + 1, volume ratio).
