Imported and exported food chlorfenapyr Residue Detection
1 Scope
This standard specifies the sample preparation, gas chromatography and gas chromatography detection methods in food chlorfenapyr Residues of - and MS methods.
This standard applies to chlorfenapyr residues in beans, tea, soybeans, cabbage, apple, vinegar, chicken, pork, fish, beef and other measurement.
2 Method summary
Sample chlorfenapyr residues extracted with acetonitrile, neutral alumina SPE or GCB SPE column purification, eluent
After concentration constant volume, gas phase chromatography and gas chromatography - mass spectrometry confirmed, external standard.
3 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, the reagents were of analytical grade, water is distilled water.
3.1 acetonitrile. HPLC fractions.
3.2 hexane. HPLC fractions.
3.3 acetone. HPLC fractions.
3.4 anhydrous sodium sulfate. After burning 650 ℃ 4h, placed in a desiccator.
3.5 sodium chloride.
3.6 sodium chloride solution (100g/L). Weigh 100g of sodium chloride, add water to 1L.
3.7 phosphate buffer solution (1mol/L, pH7.0). Weigh 105g (± 0.1g) and dipotassium hydrogen phosphate 61g (± 0.1g) dihydrogen phosphate
Potassium, adding about 500mL dissolved in water, adjusted pH7.0 with 1mol/L sodium hydroxide or 1mol/L hydrochloric acid, and add water to 1L.
