1 Scope

Accurately weigh an adequate amount of chlorfenapyr standards, paired with n-hexane at a concentration of 100μg/mL standard stock liquid. Needed with n-hexane diluted to the appropriate concentration of the working standard solution. Note. Standard stock solution and working standard solution stored in 0 ℃ ~ 4 ℃ refrigerator. 3.12 neutral alumina SPE. 3mL, 500mg. 3.13 GCB SPE. 3mL, 500mg. 3.14 anhydrous sodium sulfate column. 80mm × 40mm (inner diameter) cylindrical funnel, bottom cushion height about 5mm cotton, refill 20g dry sulfur Sodium.
