1 Scope
This standard specifies the foods Fipronil Residue testing and sample preparation, gas chromatography - mass spectrometry and confirmation methods.

2 Method summary
The sample was extracted with acetonitrile, hexane liquid-liquid partition and primary secondary amine (PSA) solid phase extraction (SPE), gas chromatography - negative chemical ionization
Mass spectrometry, external standard.
3 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, the reagents were of analytical grade, double distilled water.
3.1 acetone. residual level.
3.2 acetonitrile. residual level.
3.3 hexane. Residual level.
3.4 Sodium chloride. 650 ℃ burning 4h, placed in the dryer to cool and set aside.
3.5 acetone + n-hexane (3 + 7). Take 300mL acetone, n-hexane was added 700mL, shake spare.
Fipronil 3.6 standard (Fipronil, C12H4Cl2F6N4OS, CAS120067-37-3). not less than 96.5% purity.
3.7 Fipronil formulated standard solution. Accurately weighed amount of standard, with the dissolution of a small amount of acetone, and acetone preparation of a concentration
1.0mg/mL standard stock solution. If necessary with acetone + n-hexane (3.5) diluted to the appropriate concentration of standard working solution. save
At -18 ℃ refrigerator.
3.8 ethylenediamine bonded silica (PrimarySecondaryamine, PSA) SPE. 500mg, 3mL or equivalent person.
