Method for detecting quaternary acetaldehyde in import and export
Gas chromatography
1 Scope
This standard specifies the gas chromatographic detection method for the content of metaldehyde in the inlet and outlet of Minda.
This standard is applicable to the dextran aldehyde in 6% granules prepared by extrusion and granulation of tetraacetaldehyde original drug and filler.
Determination.
2 Method summary
After the sample was ground, the tetraacetaldehyde in the sample was ultrasonically extracted with chloroform. After centrifugation and filtration through a microporous membrane, the filtrate is injected.
Detected in a gas chromatograph equipped with a hydrogen flame detector and quantified by internal standard method.
3 reagents and materials
The reagents were of analytical grade unless otherwise stated.
3.1 Trichloromethane.
3.2 Tetraacetaldehyde standard. purity ≥ 98.0%.
3.3 Internal standard. dimethyl phthalate, chromatographically pure.
4 Instruments and equipment
4.1 Gas Chromatograph. with a hydrogen flame detector.
4.2 Ultrasonic cleaning machine.
4.3 High speed centrifuge. 5000r/min.
4.4 Filter membrane. PTFE, 0.45 μm.
4.5 Microsampler. 10 μL.
5 Analysis steps
5.1 Sample preparation
The Milda sample was crushed through a mortar and passed through a 40-mesh sieve. Weigh the sample about 0.5g (accurate to 0.0002g) and place it in 25mL

0.0002 g) Dimethyl phthalate, dissolved in chloroform, and made up to volume. Shake well.
5.3 Gas chromatographic conditions
