1 Scope
This standard specifies the method for determining the content of DEHA and other adipate plasticizers in PVC food wrap film by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.
Positive confirmation method.
This standard applies to the determination and confirmation of the content of DEHA and other adipate plasticizers in PVC food wrap.
2 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
2.1
The molecular structure of the adipate plasticizer such as DEHA is. R1-CO-C4H8-CO-R2. This type of substance mainly contains diethyl adipate
Diethyl adipide (DEA), diisobutyladipate (DIBA), dibutyl adipate (dibu-)
Tyladipate (DBA), bis(2-butoxyethyl)adipate, BBOEA and hexane
Di(2-ethylhexyl)adipate (DEHA).
2.2
Internal standard. bis(1-butylpentyl)adipate (BBPA).
3 Method summary
The sample was ultrasonically extracted with isopropyl alcohol, and the extract was fixed to volume and then detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and quantified by internal standard method.
4 reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, the reagents used should be of analytical grade.
4.1 Isopropanol.
4.2 DEHA and other adipate plasticizer standards. purity ≥ 98%.
4.3 DEHA and other adipate plasticizer standard stock solution. accurately weigh the appropriate amount of DEHA and other adipate plasticizer
The standard product was prepared into a standard stock solution with a concentration of 10 mg/mL using isopropyl alcohol.
4.4 Internal standard. di(1-butylpentyl) adipate. purity ≥98%.
4.5 Internal Standard Standard Stock Solution. Accurately weigh the appropriate amount of di(1-butylpentyl) adipate standard and prepare the concentration with isopropanol.
Standard stock solution of 10 mg/mL.
4.6 Mixed standard working solution. Take appropriate amount of internal standard standard stock solution and standard stock solution of adipate plasticizer such as DEHA, root
