Foreword
SN/T 1645 "Stationary training equipment import and export inspection procedures" series standard consists of several parts, the expected structure.

--- Part 2. Additional specific safety requirements;
This section SN/T 1645 series of standards - Part 1.
This section based on GB/T 1.1-2009 given rule drafting.
Since the implementation of this section, instead of the SN/T 1645.1-2005. This portion of the SN/T 1645.1-2005 main technical difference
Differences are as follows.
--- Adapt to scope change, the original "does not apply to unattended children, the elderly, disabled and export fitness equipment" is changed to
"This section does not apply to children's fitness equipment import and export."
--- Increased unpacking inspection in test mode, and provides sampling, test items, technical requirements and test methods of testing out of the box.
--- Modified version of the test mode sample size. Electrical and electronic parts according to the number of samples to determine fitness equipment is involved.
The standard type tests carried out in accordance with GB 17498.1-2008.
Sampling of the content has been modified.

Stationary training equipment import and export inspection procedures
Part 1. General requirements
1 Scope
This section provides import and export of stationary exercise equipment (hereinafter referred to as fitness equipment) requirements, inspection and judgment.
This section applies to stationary fitness equipment, including by the owners (with legal personality) is easy to control various groups specialized management training
Places to use equipment, such as. sports associations, educational institutions, hotels, stadiums, clubs, rehabilitation centers and studios used equipment.
This section also applies to domestic and other types, including motor-driven stationary fitness equipment.
Additional specific safety SN/T 1645 in other parts of the requirements take precedence over the corresponding requirements SN/T 1645 in this section.
This section does not apply to children's fitness equipment import and export inspection.
Note 1. If the stationary fitness equipment for medical (including medical rehabilitation exercises) use, in addition to the requirements of this section, the State should pay attention to medical devices

Note 2. If the designed stationary fitness equipment for people with disabilities, should pay attention to any relevant national rules.
