This standard replaces SN 0586-1996 "Trump Residues in oilseeds and cereals for export methods."
This standard compared with SN 0586-1996, major technical changes as follows.

1 Scope
This standard specifies the cereals for export and gas chromatography method Trump residues oilseeds.
This standard is applicable to the export of rice, corn, peanuts and soybeans Trump residues detected.
2 Method summary
Sample remaining Trapp was extracted with acetonitrile and the extract was filtered, evaporated and the residue was dissolved in acetone and concentrated after C18 column purification, distribution
Flame photometric detector gas chromatograph, external standard.
3 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, this standard reagents used were of analytical grade.
3.1 acetonitrile. chromatography.
3.2 acetone. chromatography.
3.3 anhydrous sodium. 650 ℃ burning 4h, stored in a desiccator, cool reserve.
3.4 hexane. over anhydrous sodium sulfate (3.3) column treatment use.
3.5 C18 SPE cartridge. 1.0g or equivalent person.
3.6 Trapp (Tetraethylpyrophosphate) standard substance. purity of greater than or equal to 99%; molecular formula. C8H20O7P2; CAS Number.
107-49-3.
3.7 standard stock solution. accurately weighed amount of Trapp standards, with n-hexane (3.4) formulated at a concentration of 1000μg/mL standard
Stock solution, 0 ℃ ~ 4 ℃ preservation.
3.8 standard solution. apply diluted to standard working solution concentration needed with n-hexane (3.4).
