1 Scope

3 Overall requirements for system construction

The overall requirements for system construction shall include but not limited to. a) The system should be deployed on the e-government extranet, support B/S architecture, and support individual users to access from the Internet; b) A national people’s juror candidate information database and a people’s juror information database should be established to realize online viewing, unified management, and statistical analysis. 4 Basic functions

5 User permissions
