1.1 Air supply masks shall comply with the provisions of this standard and shall be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 1.2 It can work normally under the condition of temperature 0 ~ 40 ℃ and relative humidity not more than 95%. 1.3 When used in coal mines and explosive environments, it should meet GB 3836.1-83 "General requirements for explosion-proof electrical equipment for explosive environments" and Relevant provisions of GB 3836.4-83 "intrinsically safe circuits and electrical equipment" i "for explosion-proof electrical equipment for explosive environments". 1.4 It should be convenient, comfortable to wear, and no tenderness on the face. 1.5 The surface should be smooth, no flash, no obvious scratches and dents, no peeling of the surface coating and plating, and no loosening of parts. 1.6 The dust resistance rate should be greater than 99%. 1.7 Air supply. 1.7.1 The initial supply air volume is specified by the product standard. 1.7.2 After continuous working time of 6h, the purification air supply volume should not be less than 70L/min. 1.8 The mass of the supply air mask on the head shall not be greater than 250g. 1.9 When testing the air tightness of the exhalation valve of the air supply mask, the time for the pressure to return from negative 1960Pa to zero should be greater than 10s. 1.10 Exhalation resistance must not be greater than 196Pa. 1.11 The lower field of view must not be less than 40 °. 1.12 The noise must not be greater than 70dB (A). 1.13 The performance of the main materials such as metal, rubber and plastic used in air supply masks should conform to GB 2626-81 "Self-priming filter dust masks" The provisions of Chapter 1, Articles 2, 3, 4, and 5. 1.14 The continuous use time of the battery shall not be less than 6h. If a miner's lamp power source is used, in addition to the energy consumption of the air supply mask, it should also meet the requirements of the miner's lamp standard. Technical performance. 1.15 After the impact test, it should be able to work normally.

2 Test method

2.1 Environmental test 2.1.1 General requirements When performing the environmental test, the air supply mask is not packed and is in a non-working state. 2.1.2 Low temperature test The low temperature test is carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB 2423.1-81 "Basic Environmental Test Procedures for Electrical and Electronic Products Test A. Low Temperature Test Fonda" Line, where. a. Test method. Test Ab --- temperature gradient; b. Test temperature. select 0 ℃; c. Test time. select 2h. 2.1.3 High temperature test The high temperature test is carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB 2423.2-81 "Basic Environmental Test Procedures for Electrical and Electronic Products Test B. High Temperature Test Method". Line, where. a. Test method. Test Bb --- Humidity gradient; b. Test temperature. select 40 ℃; c. Test time. select 2h. 2.1.4 Damp heat test Damp heat test in accordance with GB 2423.4-81 "Electrical and Electronic Products Basic Environmental Test Procedure Test Db. Alternating Damp Heat Test Method" Regulations are carried out, of which. a. High temperature. select 40 ℃; b. Test period. select 6 days. After the test is completed, it is restored for 2 hours under normal atmospheric conditions, according to the relevant provisions of GB 998-82 "Basic Test Methods for Low Voltage Electrical Apparatus". Insulation resistance measurement and withstand voltage test. 2.2 Appearance Visual inspection. 2.3 Determination of dust resistance and air supply 2.3.1 Test conditions a. Dust wind tunnel. The wind speed range of the test section is 0.5 ~ 4m/s, and the relative standard deviation of the wind speed uniformity in the wind tunnel flow field is not more than 5%. At a concentration of 100mg/m3, the relative standard deviation of the uniformity of dust concentration in the cross section of the wind tunnel is not greater than 5%; b. Standard head shape. adopt any of head sizes 1, 4, 7, 10, and 13 in GB 2428-81 "Chinese Adult Head Shape Series"; c. Dust sampler. dust sampler with flow rate greater than 20L/min; d. Anemometer. measurement error is not greater than 2%; e. Dust. talc, more than 90% of the particle size is less than 5μm (of which more than 70% is less than 2μm). 2.3.2 Procedure for measuring dust resistance Put the air supply mask on the standard head type, put it in the dust wind tunnel test section and make it work. At the air inlet of the air supply mask and the standard head type Samples were taken at the outlet of the nose and mouth ventilation tube simultaneously with a sampler, the sampling time was not less than 10min. The dust resistance rate is calculated according to formula (1). 2.3.3 Determination of initial air supply Put the air supply mask on the standard head type, make the air supply mask work normally, determine the average wind speed, and calculate the initial air supply volume according to formula (2). 2.3.4 Measurement of purification air supply for 6h continuous working time In the dust wind tunnel test section, make the air supply mask worn on the standard head type work, and record its working time. When it reaches 6h, the measurement level Even wind speed (Caution. Do not let the dust on the filter fall off). The calculation method of purifying air supply volume during continuous working time is the same as that in 2.3.3. 2.4 Determination of air tightness of exhalation valve In accordance with Article 2 of Chapter 2 of GB 2626-81. 2.5 Determination of expiratory resistance Wear the air supply mask on the standard head type to make it work normally. Gas, use a differential pressure gauge with an accuracy of 1.5 to measure the positive pressure inside the mask. 2.6 Obstructing the measurement of the lower visual field Determine according to Article 9 of Chapter 2 of GB 2626-81. 2.7 Determination of noise In the normal working state of the air supply mask, use a type Ⅰ sound level meter to measure the noise 50cm away from the sound source of the air supply mask. 2.8 Performance test of main materials such as metal, rubber and plastic Test in accordance with the provisions of Article 2, 3, 5 and Chapter 2 of Chapter 2 of GB 2626-81. 2.9 Impact test 2.9.1 General requirements. The product is not packed and is not in operation. 2.9.2 Test method. Perform as specified in the following table. Peak acceleration pulse duration Pulse waveform impact times 15g 11ms half sine wave 3 mutually perpendicular faces 3 times each (9 times in total)
