This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces LS/T 6116-2016 "Grade Determination of Rice Grain Type". This standard is mainly changed compared with LS/T 6116-2016
as follows.

1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification, determination rules and test methods for rice grain classification and inspection methods.
This standard applies to rice, brown rice and glutinous rice.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Brown rice huskedrice
The rice is processed and shelled.
3.2
Rice miledrice;whiterice;rice
The general term for the finished grain obtained by peeling and peeling the rice.

Long grain rice longgrainrice
