4 Architecture of Management Information in Secondary Vocational Schools

4.1 Metadata Composition of Management Information in Vocational Schools The metadata of secondary vocational school management information is divided into different subsets. Figure 1 MIFVS architecture block diagram 4.2 Hierarchical structure of data Each MIFVS management data subset is divided into data classes, data subclasses, and data items according to business links and processes, as shown in Figure 2. 4.3 Structure of data elements 4.3.1 Data Item Composition Figure 2 also shows the presentation structure (data item) of the data element, which specifies the metadata structure of the data element. The metadata structure is as follows. -Number. the unique identification of the data item, using a uniform 5-segment 10-bit encoding; -Data item name.
