Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This standard replaces JY/T 0344-1994 "Pegboard". Compared with JY/T 0344-1994, major technical changes except editorial changes as follows. -The standard name was changed to "Pegboard and accessories"; -Added normative references (see Chapter 2); -The specifications and related technical requirements of small-sized transparent nail boards (small nail boards for teachers) have been added to the nail boards for teachers (see 4.1.1 and 4.1.2); -Added technical requirements for the number of tables and the number of strips (see 4.3); -Increased requirements for the number, circumference and color of the elastic bands used in conjunction with the nail plate (see 4.4.1); -The center distance between two nails on the teacher's large nail board has been modified (see 4.1.3.3, 4.1.1 of the.1994 edition); -Added safety requirements and test methods (see 4.6 and 5.5); -Added defect classification of product technical indicators (see 6.2). 1 Scope

This standard specifies the classification and nomenclature, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, instructions, packaging, transportation and Storage. This standard applies to nail boards and accessories used in primary school teaching.

3 Classification and naming

3.1 Classification The products are divided into two types. nail plates for teachers and nail plates for students. Teacher's nail board is divided into teacher's big nail board and teacher's small nail board. 3.2 Naming rules and methods 3.2.1 Nomenclature shall be in accordance with the provisions of JY/T 0026-1991. 3.2.2 The name of the nail plate is. 4 Technical requirements

4.1 Nail board for teachers 4.1.1 Specifications There are two types of nail boards for teachers. large nail boards with no less than 187 nails, and small nail boards with no less than 49 nails. 4.1.2 Pegboard for teachers 4.1.2.1 The surface of the nail plate shall be transparent. 4.1.2.2 There are no less than 324 squares on the board, and the squares are arranged in a row. The length of the side of the square is 10 mm ± 0.5 mm, and the cumulative error is not over Over 1 mm. 4.1.2.3 No less than 7 rows of nails on the front of the nail plate, no less than 7 in each row. Above 1 mm, the grid lines should be straight and clear. 4.2.2 There are not less than 7 rows of nails on the front of the nail plate, each row is not less than 7, the position of the nails is at the intersection of the squares, and the center distance between the two nails 20 mm ± 0.5 mm. 4.2.3 The position of the nail on the reverse side of the nail plate is on a circle with a diameter of not less than 120 mm, located at the 24 equal points of the circle, at the center of the circle, and round. 5 Test method
