1 Scope

This standard specifies the nomenclature, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, instructions for use, packaging, transportation, and storage of electric test balls. This standard applies to electric test ball for physics teaching in middle schools.

3 Model designation

3.1 Naming rules The model name of the product is in accordance with JY 0026-1991. 3.2 Nomenclature The test ball is named. 4 Requirements

4.1 Working environmental conditions 4.1.1 Working temperature. -10 ℃ ～ 40 ℃. 4.1.2 Relative humidity. not more than 80% RH (40 ° C). 4.2 Appearance and structure requirements 4.2.1 The test ball shall consist of a metal ball and an insulated handle connected to it. 4.2.2 The diameter of the metal ball should be 15mm ± 1mm. 5 Test method

5.1 Visual and structural inspection 5.1.1 Visual inspection and sensory inspection of appearance and structure shall meet the relevant requirements of this standard. 5.1.2 The relevant dimensions of the product shall be measured with a vernier caliper with a division value of 0.02mm and a steel ruler with a division value of 1mm, which shall comply with 4.2. 6 Inspection rules
