The upper and lower gradients should be no more than 3 mm, and the flatness of the upper edge mouth should be no more than 2 mm. 4.3.2 The internal dimensions of the round transparent plastic water tank shall conform to Table 3. The flatness of the upper edge mouth should not be greater than 2 mm. 4.3.3 All internal and external corners of rectangular and circular transparent sinks shall be rounded with a radius of 5mm to 8mm. 4.3.4 The upper mouth of the transparent plastic water tank or the edge of the water tank shall have reinforcing ribs. The rectangular water tank is filled with water at room temperature and 50% depth. The horizontal deformation of the upper mouth should be ≤ 3% of the long side, and the radial variation of the upper mouth of the circular sink should be ≤ 2% of the diameter. Note. Room temperature is the indoor temperature under the reference working conditions. 4.3.5 Under the conditions of 5.3.2, the transparent plastic water tank shall be placed smoothly, and the flatness of the bottom shall not be greater than 1.0 mm. 4.3.6 The transparency of the wall of the transparent plastic sink shall be equivalent to colorless and transparent organic glass, ordinary silicate glass, and polycarbonate sheet. 4.4 Gas Collector The size of the gas collecting rack shall comply with Table 4. The bottom of the gas collecting rack should be flat, the flatness should not be greater than 2 mm, and the shape of the ends should be equal to the edge of the sink. The gas collecting rack should be made of the same material as the water tank or other plastics not inferior to this material material. 4.5 Appearance The surface of the product should be smooth, clean and free of air bubbles; there should be no burrs or flashes on the edges, no dissolution, shrinkage, impurities, deformation, unevenness. 4.6 Environmental test 4.6.1 The plastic water tank shall be able to withstand the upper temperature of 60 ℃ ± 2 ℃, the lower limit temperature of -40 ℃ ± 2 ℃, and the storage temperature test shall last for 4 hours. (The water tank is not filled with water.) After the test, there is no crack or damage. 4.6.2 The product shall be able to withstand a drop test of 800 mm without cracks or breakage in the unpacked state.5 Test method5.1 Specifications Measured with vernier calipers with a division value of 0.02 mm, a steel ruler with a division value of 1 mm, a square ruler, and internal and external calipers. Requirements. 5.2 Flatness Use a feeler and vernier caliper to inspect the flatness of the upper edge of the plastic sink and the bottom of the gas collecting rack on a level 3 platform, which should meet 4.3.1, 4.3.2 And 4.4. 5.3 Performance 5.3.1 Deformation Place the plastic water tank on the platform, and use a vernier caliper to measure the maximum deformation of the water tank before and after it is filled with water at room temperature and 50% of the water tank depth. Should comply with the provisions of 4.3.4. 5.3.2 Stationarity Place a transparent plastic water tank on the platform, and fill the water tank with water at a temperature of 60 ℃ and a depth of 50%. The distance between the part and the platform surface shall meet the requirements of 4.3.5. 5.3.3 Transparency Using sensory test, the transparency should be equivalent to that of colorless and transparent plexiglass, ordinary silicate glass, and polycarbonate sheet. 5.4 Appearance The sensory test shall meet the requirements of 4.3.4 ribs and 4.5. 5.5 Environmental test 5.5.1 Storage temperature test.
