Summary This standard specifies the terms and definitions, specified working conditions, technical performance, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging and storage of all oil-free reciprocating piston helium compressors (hereinafter referred to as helium compressors). This standard applies to helium compressors with suction pressure of 0.01MPa��0.6MPa, rated exhaust pressure not greater than 35.0MPa, and nominal volume flow not greater than 300m3/h (standard state) for recovery, purification or process pressurization. Helium compressors whose suction and discharge pressures are not within the scope of this standard can be implemented by reference.
