1 Scope
This document specifies the basic requirements, personnel requirements, basic management requirements, facilities and equipment requirements, fire protection requirements, and storage requirements for cotton warehouses.

3 Terms and definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 18354 apply to this document.
4 Basic requirements
4.1 Have a complete warehouse management system, including locations and systems.
4.2 The basic management of cotton storage shall comply with relevant regulations and standards.
4.3 Cotton warehousing should establish and improve the safety production responsibility system, post safety responsibilities and various safety management rules and regulations, including at least.
a) Safety operation procedures management system;
b) Safety (emergency) management agencies and personnel;
c) Education and training system;
d) Emergency rescue management system;
e) Security investment guarantee system;
f) Safety assessment and reward and punishment system;
g) Equipment and facility management;
h) Safety inspection and hidden danger investigation and management system;
