1 Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of dried Flammulina velutipes.
This standard is applicable to dry gold produced by the process of sorting, sorting, drying and packaging with yellow enoki mushroom and white enoki mushroom as raw materials.

The product made of fresh Flammulina velutipes, which has been removed by impurities and dried, has a white or light yellow to yellowish appearance.
4 Technical requirements
4.1 Raw material requirements
Fresh Flammulina requires the mushroom body to be intact, fresh, and the color is milky white or yellow. There is no mushroom root, no rot and deterioration, no pests and diseases.
4.2 Dry process
Fresh Flammulina velutipes → sorting → finishing → drying → packaging.
4.3 Sensory requirements
Sensory indicators should meet the requirements of Table 1.
