1 Scope

This standard specifies the fluorine content control requirements and test methods for tea plantation bases, tea plantation management, tea fresh leaf picking and processing. This standard applies to the control of the fluorine content of squeezed tea.

3 Requirements

3.1 Tea Garden Base 3.1.1 The selection of the tea garden base shall meet the requirements of GB/T 24615. 3.1.2 The content of fluorine in the soil of the tea garden base is ≤100.0mg/kg. 3.1.3 The fluorine content of the water source around the tea garden base is ≤2.0mg/L. 3.2 Tea Garden Management 3.2.1 Tea garden management shall meet the requirements of GB/T 24615. 3.2.2 The input of tea garden shall control the input of mineral fertilizers. 3.3 Fresh tea leaf picking and processing 3.3.1 The picking and processing of fresh tea leaves shall meet the requirements of GB/T 24615. 3.3.2 Squeezed tea ingredients can be properly blended, and sieved to remove dust before blending.

4 Test method

4.1 Tea sampling shall be performed in accordance with GB/T 8302. 4.2 Determination of dry matter content of tea shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T 8303. 4.3 The determination of fluorine content in fresh tea leaves shall be performed in accordance with the provisions of Appendix A. 4.4 The determination of fluorine content in dry tea shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T 21728. 4.5 The determination of the fluorine content in the soil, fertilizer and water of the tea garden shall be carried out with reference to GB/T 5009.18.
