GB/T 6682 Analytical laboratory water specifications and test methods
3 Principle
The sample is dissolved in N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF), derivatized with a silylation reagent, and then extracted with n-hexane to obtain a gas chromatograph.
Spectral determination, internal standard method for quantification.
4 reagents and materials
The experimental water should meet the requirements of the first-grade water in GB/T 6682.
4.1 Anhydrous magnesium sulfate. analytically pure.
4.2 N,N-Dimethylformamide (DMF). About 1 g of anhydrous magnesium sulfate (4.1) was added per 100 mL for dehydration treatment.
4.3 N,O-bis(trimethylsilyl)trifluoroacetamide (BSTFA).
4.4 Hexane. Chromatographically pure.
4.5 Glycerol standard substance, CAS. 56-81-5, purity ≥ 98%.
4.6 Internal standard 1,2,4-butanetriol standard substance, purity ≥98%.
4.7 Glycerol standard stock solution (10.0g/L). Accurately weigh 250mg (accurate to 1mg) of glycerol standard in 25mL capacity
In the bottle, dissolve with DMF (4.2) and dilute to the mark, store in a brown standard liquid storage bottle, store at 0 °C ~ 4 °C, valid for 1 year.
4.8 Internal standard 1,2,4-butanetriol stock solution (10.0g/L). Accurately weigh 250mg (accurate to 1mg) 1,2,4-butaneol standard
Dissolve in DMF with 25 ml volumetric flask and dilute to volume. Store in brown standard stock bottle, store at 0 °C~4 °C, valid period
1 year.
4.9 Glycerol standard intermediate solution. accurately transfer standard stock solution (4.7), dilute standard stock solution (4.7) to concentration with DMF
100mg/L and 10mg/L standard intermediate solution, stored in brown standard liquid storage bottle, stored at 0 °C ~ 4 °C, valid for 6 months.
4.10 Internal standard 1,2,4-butanetriol intermediate solution. accurately transfer the internal standard stock solution (4.8), and dilute the internal standard stock solution (4.8) to rich with DMF.
The internal standard solution with a degree of 1g/L is stored in a brown standard liquid storage bottle and stored at 0 °C ~ 4 °C, valid for 6 months.
4.11 Mixing standard working solution of glycerol and internal standard 1,2,4-butanetriol. accurately transfer appropriate amount of standard intermediate solution (4.9) and internal standard
Solution (4.10), diluted with DMF to a concentration of glycerol containing 0.8 mg/L, 2.0 mg/L, 4.0 mg/L, 10.0 mg/L, 20.0 mg/L,
