This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1.Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents"
Drafting.
This document replaces GB/T 9580-2009 "Identification method of standard reference carbon black". Compared with GB/T 9580-2009, except for the structural adjustment
In addition to the integration and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
--- Added "The remaining carbon black samples after sampling shall be used as backup samples and properly stored until the identification work is completed." (see 5.2);
--- Change the standard reference carbon black sample to "2 kg" (see 5.3, 4.3 of the.2009 edition);
--- Added "Standard reference carbon black (SNs) for chemical item testing" (see 6.1);
--- Change “physical and chemical properties test” to “standard reference carbon black (IRCs) for physical test” (see 6.2, 5.3 of the.2009 edition);
--- For physical test items, only the “iodine absorption value” and “oil absorption value” are retained for standard reference carbon blacks (IRCs) (see Table 3, Table 1 of the.2009 edition);
--- Deleted "Recommended physical and chemical performance tests" (see 5.5 of the.2009 edition);
--- Change the sample number to 6 (see Table 6, Table 5 of the.2009 edition).
