Lac products sampling methods
1 Scope
This standard specifies the method of sampling lac products, sample preparation and sample storage.
This standard applies to particles shellac, shellac, decolorized shellac, dewaxed shellac, dewaxed shellac decolorized, military shellac, bleached shellac
Refined bleached shellac and shellac and other products.
2 Sampling method
2.1 the number of samples collected
Analysis of a sample to deal with the entire batch adequate representation. Test samples with each batch of products should be chosen at random at least 10%
Boxes (bags), a minimum of not less than 5 boxes, up to no more than 25 cases, and had extracted from the unopened original boxes (bags) in different parts.
2.2 lac loose product sampling
General loose lac product samples, available sampling spoon to extract roughly equal numbers of samples from each box (bag) in different parts of the total weight of about
5kg.
2.3 lac caking product sampling
Caking shellac products from different parts of the sample size or split take chisel take samples extracted from each box (bag) is approximately equal to the total weight of about
5kg.
3 Sample Preparation
3.1 laboratory sample
The extracted sample is thoroughly mixed with the quartering points shrink, shrink take two diagonal sample and mix well. And then divided into four equal parts, mix 2 Corner like,
Ground until completely mixed by pore size of about 2mm sieve (equivalent to 10 mesh), and is divided into four equal parts, each about 300g.
3.2 Analysis of samples
3.2.1 laboratory sample taken (3.1) 100g, completely crushed to sieve through the pore diameter of about 0.4mm (equivalent to 40 mesh), in a clean, dry,
Glass jar with a ground, the test used for analysis. Attach a label on the bottle and indicate the manufacturer's name, product name, batch number, date and place of sampling
Points.
3.2.2 laboratory sample taken (3.1) of about 40g, crushed to completely through the sieve pore diameter of about 0.3mm (equivalent to 60 mesh), in a clean, dry
Dry, with a ground glass jar for analysis for inspection. Pasted on the bottle label and indicate the manufacturer's name, product name, batch number, date of sampling
And location.
3.2.3 laboratory sample taken (3.1) of about 10g, crushed to completely through the sieve pore diameter of about 0.2mm (equivalent to 80 mesh), in a clean, dry
Dry, with a ground glass jar for analysis for inspection. Pasted on the bottle label and indicate the manufacturer's name, product name, batch number, date of sampling
And location.
4 Sample Storage
The remaining 150g laboratory sample (3.1) in a clean, dry jars, sealed, should be pasted on the bottle label, label content
With 3.2.1, save spare.
