This Standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This Standard replaces GB/T 7996-2013, “Nominal capacity and diameter of glass-lined equipment”; compared with GB/T 7996-2013, the main technical changes, except editorial changes, are as follows: -- Cancel four specifications of 400 L, 800 L, 1 250 L and 2 500 L in the nominal capacity series (see Table 1 of version 2013); -- Cancel two specifications of DN300 and DN2 050 in the nominal diameter series (see Table 2 of version 2013). This Standard was proposed by China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation. This Standard shall be under the jurisdiction of National Technical Committee 72 on Glass Lined Equipment of Standardization Administration of China (SAC/TC 72). The drafting organizations of this Standard: Suzhou Xieli Chemical Equipment Co., Ltd., Taicang Xingongtang Glass Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Yangyang Chemical Equipments Manufacture Co., Ltd., Tianhua Institute of Chemical Machinery & Automation Co., Ltd. The drafters of this Standard: Qian Jianfeng, Shen Yongqi, Zhu Hongzhi, Ma Xiaoqiang, Wei Zhihua, He Zhengwen, Sang Linchun. 2.1 The nominal capacity of glass-lined equipment shall be selected in accordance with Table 1. Table 1 -- Nominal capacity series of glass-lined equipment 2.2 Marking and its example: Take the glass-lined equipment whose nominal capacity is 1 000 L as an example, it is marked as VN 1 000.3 Nominal diameter
