Foreword

This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents". Drafting. This document is modified to adopt ISO 22941.2021 "Rubber mats for dairy cows". This document has undergone the following structural adjustments compared to ISO 22941.2021. ---4.1 corresponds to Chapter 4 of ISO 22941.2021; ---Added 4.2; ---Added 5.4; ---Chapter 6, section 6.3.4 has been added, corresponding to Annex A of ISO 22941.2021; ---Chapter 7 has been added; ---Chapter 6 of ISO 22941.2021 has been removed; ---Appendix A corresponds to Appendix B of ISO 22941.2021; --- Annex C of ISO 22941.2021 has been deleted. The technical differences between this document and ISO 22941.2021, and the reasons therefor, are as follows. ---The scope has been changed (see Chapter 1, ISO 22941.2021) to clarify the standard's summary, applicable scope, and... object; ---The term "load deformation" and its definition (see 3.3) have been added for ease of understanding; ---The marking content has been changed, and rubber sheet classification codes and marking rules have been added (see Chapter 4, Section 6 of ISO 22941.2021). (Section), to better distinguish the rubber mats for walking areas and lying down areas; ---The requirements and test methods for appearance have been changed (see 5.1, 6.1, 5.1 of ISO 22941.2021) to facilitate operation during testing; ---The minimum thickness requirement for the rubber sheet has been increased (see 5.2) to suit my country's national conditions; ---ISO 3302-1 (see 5.2, ISO 22941.2021) has been replaced with the normatively referenced GB/T 3672.1 to suit my needs. ISO 1817 (see 6.3.1, 6.3.2, 6.3.4, and Table 1 of ISO 22941.2021) should be adopted to adapt to my country's national conditions and improve operability. ---The test method for the coefficient of friction has been modified (see 6.3.8, Annex C of ISO 22941.2021) to improve the acceptance of this document and promote... Promote the use of this document; ---The test method for measuring the indentation depth of rubber sheets under service load has been refined, and the test materials for the lying area rubber sheets have been added. The requirements for materials (see Appendix A, Appendix B of ISO 22941.2021) should be adapted to my country's national conditions and to improve operability; ---ISO 5893 has been replaced with the normatively referenced GB/T 17200 (see A.1.1, B.1.1 of ISO 22941.2021); ---Requirements for packaging, transportation, and storage have been added (see Chapter 7) to strengthen the standardized management of products. 1 Scope

This document specifies the classification, marking, requirements, labeling, packaging, and transportation of rubber sheets (hereinafter referred to as rubber sheets) used in dairy farming. Storage, and related experimental methods are described. This document applies to the production and inspection of rubber sheets used in the walking and lying areas of dairy cows.
