3 Terms and Definitions
This document does not contain any terms or definitions that need to be defined.
4.Test Methods
4.1 General Provisions
Unless otherwise specified, only reagents confirmed to be of analytical grade and Grade III water as specified in GB/T 6682-2008 shall be used. Interpretation of test results...
The rounding comparison method shall be performed in accordance with section 4.3.3 of GB/T 8170-2008.
4.2 Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (Arbitration Method)
4.2.1 Method Principle
In an ultrasonic bath, phenol in the sample was extracted with potassium carbonate solution, acetylated with acetic anhydride to produce phenyl acetate, and then extracted by liquid-liquid extraction.
Phenyl acetate was extracted into n-hexane, and then analyzed and identified by GC/MS, with quantification by external standard method based on peak area.
4.2.2 Reagents or materials
4.2.2.1 Phenol standard, purity ≥ 99.0%.
4.2.2.2 Anhydrous potassium carbonate.
4.2.2.3 Acetic anhydride.
4.2.2.4 Triethylamine.
4.2.2.5 Anhydrous sodium sulfate. Dry at 650℃ for 4 hours, then remove and place in a desiccator for later use.
4.2.2.6 Potassium carbonate solution. 13.8 g/L aqueous solution. Weigh 13.8 g of anhydrous potassium carbonate, dissolve it in water, and make up to 1000 mL.
4.2.2.7 n-Hexane, chromatographic grade.
