1 Scope
This document specifies the identification process and techniques for the quality assessment of used refrigerators and used room air conditioners in the field of second-hand household appliances.
The requirements specify the conditions for the assessment operation and describe the quality grading, quality assurance, assessment report, and other related content.
This document applies to the quality assessment of used refrigerators and used room air conditioners during the distribution process.

3 Terms and Definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 21667 and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Household appliances that have entered the fields of production and consumption, and retain some or all of their original use value.
3.2
Second-hand refrigerators
Refrigerators that have entered the fields of production and consumption while retaining some or all of their original use value.
Note. Used refrigerators include freezers, refrigerators, wine cabinets, etc., which have refrigeration systems and consume energy to obtain cooling.

Room air conditioners that have entered the fields of production and consumption while retaining some or all of their original use value.
