1 Scope
This document specifies the appraisal process and requirements, appraisal working conditions, appraisal institutions and personnel, and appraisal technology for second-hand washing machine quality appraisal.
Requirements, quality grading, quality assurance, appraisal report and other requirements.

3 Terms and Definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 21667 and the following apply to this document.
3.1
Second-hand washing machine
Washing machines that have entered the fields of production consumption and daily consumption and retain some or all of their original use value.
Note. Second-hand washing machines include pulsator washing machines, drum washing machines, agitator washing machines, dehydrators and other machines that rely on mechanical action to wash clothes (including those that have both dry and
Clothing function) appliance.
3.2
Safe service life
The product is specified by the manufacturer during design and manufacture, and is used normally under standard operating conditions in accordance with the instructions.
