1 Scope
This document provides the classification principles, type division and grading indicators of agricultural product wholesale markets, and describes the grading of agricultural product wholesale markets.

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Provide wholesale transactions for various agricultural products and their primary processed products, including grains, oils, livestock and poultry, eggs, aquatic products, vegetables, fruits, flowers, etc.
It is a place with comprehensive supporting service functions such as commodity distribution, information disclosure, settlement, price formation, and e-commerce.

4 Categories
4.1 Classification principles
Agricultural product wholesale markets are classified according to three dimensions. functional location, number of business categories and business coverage.
4.2 Types of agricultural product wholesale markets
4.2.1 According to functional location, it should be divided into.
a) Agricultural product wholesale markets are built near the production areas to gather scattered agricultural products from the surrounding areas, form bulk transactions and conduct commodity trading.
With the local agricultural products accounting for more than 60% of the total transaction volume;
b) Local agricultural product wholesale markets are built in the suburbs or urban areas of cities to meet the consumption needs of cities and surrounding areas, and their supply to local areas accounts for a certain proportion of the market.
More than 60% of the total trading volume of the market;
c) Agricultural product wholesale markets at distribution centers are built in important distribution nodes or transportation hub cities to achieve large-scale collection and transfer of agricultural products.
Distribution. Agricultural products distributed outside the local area account for more than 40% of the total transaction volume.
4.2.2 According to the number of business categories, it is best to classify as follows.
a) Comprehensive agricultural product wholesale markets, which are agricultural product wholesale markets that sell more than two categories of products on a daily basis and meet the diverse purchasing needs of different customers.
