3 Terms and Definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 45905.1 apply to this document.
4 General Requirements
4.1 The frequency regulation capacity set by each provincial/regional power grid should cover the deviation and volatility of new energy and load forecasts in the future period, as well as the generation capacity.
