Introduction
Process stability is the foundation for the sustainable development and innovation of hazardous chemical enterprises. Based on my country's safety development philosophy and the characteristics of hazardous chemicals...
Based on the current status of process management in hazardous chemical enterprises, we will establish a comprehensive management system based on GB/T 44693 "Process Stability of Hazardous Chemical Enterprises" and innovate and upgrade processes.
A management model that establishes a scientific, efficient, and standardized process control mechanism is crucial for effectively preventing and mitigating the risks associated with hazardous chemical enterprises.
Significant safety risks necessitate ensuring a smooth and safe production process.
GB/T 44693 is proposed to consist of 6 parts.
--Part 1.Management Guidelines. The purpose is to identify the general principles and relevant guidelines applicable to process stability management.
Require.
--Part 2.Technical Specifications for Control Loop Performance Evaluation and Optimization. The purpose is to provide a basis for evaluating control loop performance in process stability management.
The estimation and optimization provide actionable and verifiable methods.
--Part 3.Standard Operating Procedure Development and Usage Specifications. The purpose is to clarify the standard operating procedures in process stability management.
The principles and requirements to be followed in the preparation and use of (work instructions)
--Part 4.Start-up Process Management Guidelines. The purpose is to define the procedures to be followed for unit start-up management within process stability management.
The basic principles and work procedures.
--Part 5.Process Alarm Optimization Specifications. The purpose is to provide an operational guide for optimizing process alarms in process stability management.
Verifiable methods.
--Part 6.Key Performance Indicators. The purpose is to provide actionable and verifiable key performance indicators for process stability management.
The indicators and calculation methods.
This document standardizes the development and use of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for hazardous chemical enterprises, and establishes and improves the development of SOPs.
The guidelines and requirements to be followed during use, including the classification, content, maintenance, application, and implementation of standard operating procedures, fill a gap.
The lack of national standards for the development and use of standard operating procedures (SOPs) in China's hazardous chemicals industry highlights the need for the establishment of SOPs for hazardous chemical enterprises.
This has significant guiding significance. At the same time, enterprises can implement auxiliary tools through standard operating procedures to intelligently monitor key parameters in the operating process.
Control and optimization enable automated execution of the operation process, effectively reducing the labor intensity of personnel and minimizing the frequency of manual operation during hazardous tasks.
This effectively improves the safe and stable operation of hazardous chemical plant facilities by addressing operational errors caused by human factors during actual operation.
