4 Evaluation index system and requirements

4.1 The water-saving enterprise evaluation index system includes basic requirements, management indicators and technical indicators. 4.2 The basic requirements that water-saving enterprises should fully meet are shown in Table 1. 4.3 The management indicators and requirements for water-saving enterprises are shown in Table 2.The management indicators are calculated according to the method given in Appendix A. 4.4 The technical indicators and requirements that water-saving enterprises should fully meet are shown in Table 3.The technical indicators are calculated according to the method given in Appendix B.
