1 Scope

This document specifies the overall design requirements for offshore fixed platforms, including general principles, general drawings, processes, fire and rescue escape systems, piping, machinery, etc. Mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and control systems, communications, structure, outfitting and anti-corrosion.
