1 Scope
This document specifies the requirements for a copyright asset management system in the context of an organizational setting.
This document is suitable for organizations of any size, type and nature to manage their copyright assets.
Note 1.This document may be used in whole or in part to enhance an organization's copyright asset management capabilities and provide value to copyright assets, the organization itself and related parties.
Note 2.Copyright in this document is synonymous with authorship.

3 Terms and definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 33172 and the following apply to this document.
3.1
Copyright
The copyright holders, such as authors and other natural persons, legal persons or unincorporated organizations who enjoy copyright in accordance with the Copyright Law, have the right to use the copyright of literary, artistic and scientific works.
Exclusive rights in technical works.
Note 1.The exclusive rights enjoyed by copyright owners over literary, artistic and scientific and technological works include personal rights and property rights.
Note 2.Personal rights include the right to publish, the right to authorship, the right to modify, and the right to protect the integrity of the work; property rights include the right to copy, the right to distribute, the right to rent, the right to exhibit, and the right to perform.
The copyright owner shall have the right to display, broadcast, disseminate information on the Internet, shoot, adapt, translate, compile and other rights that should be enjoyed by the copyright owner.
